This is an A4 version painted on heavy drawing paper. It’s part of the process for practicing and scaling up paintings. I usually start with a small A5 version to work out my palette, composition and technique. Then I take it up to another, bigger practice piece and then larger again. This practice piece came out well and rather than store it I’d love it to find a new home. It’s on acid-free paper (cellulose) and will frame beautifully. This is based on a lesson from Nina Volk.
